Return Window

We have a 3-day return policy — you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have an unboxing video of the unopened package, recorded continuously from beginning to end.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Contact us by email at info@pridenjoy.co to initiate a return request. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Fees

Free return — if the mistake is on PRIDENJOY's part (wrong item sent, defective product, or damaged on arrival). We cover the return shipping label.

Consumer-paid + $40 charge — if the return is due to consumer preference or mistake (wrong size ordered, change of mind). Return shipping is fully at the consumer's expense, plus an additional $40 handling charge applies.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@pridenjoy.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Cream Chino Pants
  • Any product with the hangtag removed
  • Items that have been soaked, washed, or worn
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
