The item is great—thick and really comfortable—but unfortunately, size 28 is too big; it fits more like a size 29/30, the quality control is lacking—the length is way off from the size chart, and the leg openings are slightly defective. Suggestion: Please tighten quality control on the size chart for each size and ensure neat stitching so customers are more comfortable wearing the item when it arrives and don’t have to complain or get it altered. But kudos to the Admin team for their fast response—they handled it immediately and offered to exchange the item, covering the full shipping cost themselves. STAY HEALTHY, ADMIN TEAM!
